What we do?
Established in 1981 MTA is a foundation school for drama, dance and musical theatre, providing exciting classes for tomorrow’s stage and screen actors, musical theatre performers, and dancers.
MTA engage industry specialists, but also professionals that are qualified teachers – factors that make a real difference when it comes to educational teaching standards, pastoral care, enjoyment, and profound performance.

MTA Stageworks
Musical Theatre & Acting
Musical Theatre – From age 3 to 18 years. Members develop skills, in acting, singing and dance.
Acting Only – NOW from age 6 years, we have drama only classes for members who may prefer to just study acting.
Qualify – Take optional internationally recognised qualifications through N.A.T.D for Dance & Trinity for Musical Theatre and Acting.
Perform – All members can choose to perform up to twice per year in MTA’s amazing full-scale shows, held in professional theatres.
MTA Dance Academy
We are a traditional dance academy providing outstanding training in a wonderful environment. Our purposely managed small classes ensure excellent support and results for our students. (Absolute Maximum 10 per class)
At MTA children develop skills for careers, build lasting friendships, share wonderful experiences, and gain memories that last a lifetime.
Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Commercial including Street from age 3 years
